ENERGY SAVINGS
Every Comfortec air conditioner is built with a high quality, efficient condensing coil design, providing more cooling surface which increases efficiency and decreases your energy bill.  These units are rated according to SEER energy-efficiency performance.  “SEER” stands for Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio.  The higher the SEER, the greater the efficiency, and the lower the operating cost. 

QUIET OPERATION AND ATTRACTIVE CABINETS
To minimize operating sounds, Comfortec air conditioning units have been engineered with enhancements that include enhancements that include a compressor sound-reduction cover made of high-density foam and a specially designed sound-control top.  Our 14 SEER and 16 SEER units both boast a two-speed condenser fan motor to allow it to run more often at a lower speed, creating less operating sound.  All this is housed in an attractive, compact cabinet to blend in with any landscape.  The exterior is protected with baked-on powder paint finish that resists rust and corrosion.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
R-410A is an environmentally friendly, next generation refrigerant that is used in Comfortec brand air conditioners and heat pumps.  Many refrigerants developed before R-410A contain chlorine, which is harmful to the ozone layer.  R-410A is chlorine-free and therefore better for the environment.

MINI-SPLIT AIR CONDITIONING
The Goodman 13 SEER Ductless Mini-Split Air Conditioner works like a typical residential split air conditioning system, just without the installation of sheet metal duct work.  With cost-effective installation, excellent cooling and heating comfort, and the convenience of remote control, the mini-split is ideal for newly enclosed spaces (garages, porches, decks) or for the spot cooling of a sunny room.
